Delegates Armstead, Carmichael, Schoen and Shott move to amend the committee substitute on page twenty-four, section seven, following line eleven, by inserting the following :

"From this appropriation, ten million dollars shall be transferred to the unemployment compensation trust fund for the fiscal year 2010."
On page twenty-four, section seven, on line twelve, following the word "from", by inserting the words "the remainder of".
And
On pages two-hundred and thirty-five, section two-hundred and sixty-nine, following line five, by inserting the following:
"From this appropriation, twenty-five million dollars shall be transferred to the unemployment compensation trust fund for the fiscal year 2010."
